What’s New for 2025
There have been a couple of styling tweaks for 2025, additional chrome trim in the cabin and a redesigned grille design. But the biggest change you’ll notice is to the battery. Mercedes-Benz has increased the size of the battery from 108 kWh to 118 kWh. Not only that, but there have been changes to the regenerative braking system that increase efficiency. Altogether, it means approximately 11 percent more range.

Electrified Performance
Located at each axle, optional twin electric motors are smartly positioned within the floor of the Mercedes-Benz EQS Sedan in an effort to achieve a low center of gravity and balanced handling. EQS 450+ variants produce a total of 355 horsepower and 419 lb-ft of torque while the EQS 580 4MATIC® turns up the adrenaline to 536 horsepower and 633 lb-ft of torque. As a result, the EQS Sedan can rocket from 0 to 60 MPH in as little as 4.2 seconds on the way to a maximum speed of 155 MPH.
Made possible by its standard AIRMATIC® Air Suspension with Adaptive Damping System, the EQS Sedan easily absorbs imperfections in the road while providing a serene ride. The advanced rear-axle steering capabilities of the EQS Sedan add up to 4.5 degrees of steering angles. Drivers can also choose between Comfort, Sport, Eco, and Individual drive modes within the DYNAMIC SELECT system to customize their experience behind the wheel. Thanks to its groundbreaking DC Fast Charging (200 kW) capabilities, charging from 10-80% takes as little as 31 minutes.

Haptic feedback is delivered through a total of 12 individual actuators across the entire surface of the touchscreen and the system supports up to 27 different languages. AI data processing capabilities are able to provide intuitive suggestions based on input from the driver.
