I cannot say enough positive things about the customer service I received from Cody Gestrich at Mercedes-Benz Easton. From the moment we interacted with him, he was professional, attentive, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience. What really stood out to me was that Cody didn’t just help us and send us on our way. He took the time to come out to the car with us and personally walk us through some of the features, making sure we understood how everything worked. He welcomed every question I had and never once made me feel rushed or like I was asking too much. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly made an impression on me. Cody is the kind of employee who represents a company exceptionally well. His professionalism, knowledge, patience, and genuine customer-first attitude are exactly what you hope for when purchasing a luxury vehicle. He made what could have simply been a transaction feel like a truly personalized experience. Management should know that Cody is an absolute STAR.
