Germain Academy provides unparalleled access to training and development for all Germain associates, with more than 260 in-person training sessions scheduled in 2019. Our recently-remodeled, state-of-the-art facility offers high-grade toolboxes and workbenches to help our technicians maximize their productivity. Both the shop and locker room have been upgraded recently as well. Ongoing professional and OEM training opportunities are available to help you expand your skills and take the next step in your career.
