To get things started, both the GLE 350 4MATIC® and GLE 450 4MATIC® are now offered with all-new MANUFAKTUR Editions. Choosing any of these exclusive models means that you’ll receive additional equipment on both the interior and exterior of your GLE including plenty of unique features. Every GLE 450 4MATIC® now comes standard with the enhanced look of the previously optional AMG® Line Exterior. Rounding out the list of updates, rear power window sunshades are now offered as a standalone option on the 2026 GLE.

Step up to the GLE 450 4MATIC® and you’ll receive a potent 3.0L Inline-6 Turbo with a mild hybrid system that gives you 375 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. For a different approach, consider the GLE 450e 4MATIC® and its plug-in hybrid drivetrain. This gets 49 miles of all-electric range and produces a combined 381 system horsepower, as well as 479 lb-ft of torque. And for those who need still more power, there is the GLE 580 4MATIC®, which is powered by a 4.0L twin-turbo V8 and a mild hybrid system. This produces 510 horsepower and 538 lb-ft of torque.

Improved ride comfort and agility plus completely new functions such as free-driving mode are provided by the optional E-ACTIVE BODY CONTROL suspension. E-ACTIVE BODY CONTROL, designed in-house by Mercedes-Benz, features a 48V operating voltage and is optionally available for engine variants with the 48V system. Individual wheel actuation is another new function for off-road driving, letting your GLE tread where other luxury SUVs fear to venture.

A world first in the SUV segment, second-row seating is available with six fully electric adjustments.
