I have previously worked as a Master Technician at a few dealerships and loved every second of it. I joined smart center at Easton in March of 2011. Away from the dealership I self-motivate, I enjoy finding out the how’s and whys to life and enjoy football and basketball. I believe in when it comes to our guests, it’s “the best or nothing”. We must always deliver superior service. Born and raised in Columbus, OH I genuinely love the people in our city. I have two beautiful boys and in my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, sports, and cars. If I were to be a Superhero I would be Batman, he’s not only rich but wealthy. When I head out for vacation, I’m looking for a beach, and cold drinks to kick back and relax. My favorite Mercedes is the E class because that’s what I drive.
Hello, I’m Andrew W, Service Advisor for Mercedes-Benz of Easton. I’m from Long Island, New York. I grew up surrounded by the auto industry and am familiar with both the retail and wholesale sides of the business. Although I miss living close to the best city in the world, journeying to Columbus in 2013 to pursue my education at The Ohio State University was arguably the best decision of my life. I graduated from OSU in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. I majored in Operations Management. I’ve been actively working in the industry since 2011, and just recently transitioned to Germain in November 2018. To provide quality care to our guests, we need to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience by communicating fully and allowing for an informed decision. In my free time, I enjoy watching and playing hockey, Buckeye game days, taking my husky to the dog park, and simply hanging with friends.
