I came to this dealership in the middle of a long road trip, and they were able to get me in right away, without an appointment. Chris the service advisor was so helpful, and exceeded my expectations. Shaun, the tech did an amazing, quick job. They fixed an issue from a different Mercedes dealership. I highly recommend this center and am very grateful I found them.

I had a great experience working with Brad M at Mercedes of Easton. I cannot say enough about the experience! From start to finish, it was truly outstanding. I called Mercedes of Easton from out of state and Brad answered the call. Brad was an absolute pleasure to work with — friendly, genuine and knowledgeable. He made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. He seamlessly handled the trade of my Mercedes Class B van, making what could have been a complicated process for me feel completely effortless. He was just as helpful in building my first Mercedes, a 2026 E53. Brad walked me through every step of the build with care and attention, making sure I understood the process and every detail was what I wanted. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the options and configurations, which gave me full confidence that I was making the best choices for my vehicle. All of this was done over the phone as this was an out of state purchase. I made 2 trips to the dealership, one to trade the van and one to pick up my beautiful E53. Both trips were completed in a timely and professional manner. This was a really fun experience. Brad's the Best In addition to working with Brad, I also worked with Ryan and Cody. My experience working with both of them was equally impressive.
