Check Out the Mercedes-Benz MLC Testing at Nurburgring

Earlier this year, Mercedes-Benz showed off what it called the Concept Coupe SUV­—a sedan, coupe, and SUV all rolled up into one beautiful package. We quickly learned that this concept was headed straight to production and would be called the MLC-Class.

Now, we get a peek at the MLC testing at Nurburgring and it is exciting. A video shows the fastback crossover tearing up the track and being pushed to the limit—just listen to those squealing tires.

It seems corners are no match for this Mercedes-Benz and, from the sound of the engine, this could possibly be an AMG® model. If so, expect some more aggressive body work when it reaches production.

Mercedes-Benz says the MLC will likely be production-ready in 2015 for the 2016 model year and will be built here in the United States in Alabama. Industry experts are expecting a starting price between $60,000 and $70,000 and, from the handling it just showed off, it will be worth every penny.
